Unless otherwise noted on your certificate, all gift certificates are valid for ONE YEAR from issue date.

Expired gift certificates immediately become VOID and will result in the forfeit of your services.

You are solely responsible for keeping track of your certificate's expiration date.

As per your gift certificate, we require a minimum of 7 days to several weeks notice for all events and services.

Certain black out dates may apply such as holidays.

You are responsible for making your own appointments/bookings before certificate expiration.

Valid only for travel in Manhattan below 125th unless otherwise noted on your certificate.

If you plan on moving outside our service area please call BEFORE you move to make arrangements - otherwise your certificate will become void.
