Backstage and on-location, our celebrity artists create nail, hair and makeup looks for television, film, celebrities and models. Choose from one artist to an entire customized team. Additionally, we can provide on-site massage services to help your cast, production and crew relax through long days of shooting.

SPA CHICKS ON THE GO ® was founded in 2003 by Marie Scalogna-Watkinson, LMT the renowned celebrity massage therapist and spa expert with over 20 years of experience in the beauty, spa and wellness industry. Marie is a New York Licensed Massage Therapist, a 1991 graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy and proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is also a seasoned beauty event expert that has been trusted by the world's top companies and luxury brands to execute their vision. Marie's unique style and hands on approach has led SPA CHICKS ON THE GO ® to be one of the most respected names in the spa event industry that sets the standards of excellence year after year.
Marie's beauty and trend expertise has been a featured expert on television and news outlets such as The Apprentice 3, Today Show, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Montel Williams, My Fair Wedding, NY 1 News, Fox 5 News, CW11 News, Party Girl, Wall Street Journal Weekend, Better Homes and Gardens TV, Cover shot, Isaac and Relationship Rehab. Marie currently serves as spa event director and project consultant for her event clients. She also enjoys a successful career as a professional spa consultant who has been tapped by companies such as L'Oreal, Tweezerman, CEW, Molton Brown, Nivea and Soft Soap for business consultation services. In 2011, Marie was personally appointed as a beauty expert/judge for the Redbook MVP Beauty Awards. In 2005, her appearance on THE APPRENTICE 3 led to a reunion with her high school sweetheart. They are now married with a son, living in New York.

WHY DONT YOU HAVE YOUR FEES LISTED?
Every event is hand crafted to meet the special needs of each client. No two events are alike therefore you must provide specific information in order to obtain a service/event quote based on your group size and event goals.
DO YOU ONLY OFFER SERVICES TO GROUPS?
SPA CHICKS ON THE GO ® caters to group events in the private, corporate and promotional setting. Some services may be available on an individual basis based on location and other parameters. Inquiries are accepted on a case by case basis - always feel free to call and inquire about availability!
WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?
Our official service area in Manhattan between Canal Street and 125th Street. We also deliver on-site massage and select event services in the Los Angeles area for special projects.
Event requests outside our area (nationally and worldwide) are taken on case by case basis and are subject to additional service charges and travel fees.
IS THERE A TIME MINIMUM?
In most cases, we have a 3 hour time minimum for all stations and services. Photoshoot services have a 4 hour minimum.
IS THERE A STATION MINIMUM?
We do not have a station minimum (inside our official service area) and you can mix and match any number of service stations to fit the needs of your group. Choose from a single station to a team of thirty...the choice is yours.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?
All guests must be 18 years of age to receive services. Sorry, we do not cater to spa parties for children.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We suggest that you book your event with a minimum of 4 weeks notice for small parties and up to 8 weeks in advance for large scale events.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes. Gift Certificates are available for individuals and groups. All gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase, good only for intended recipient and hold no cash value.
SERVICE DISCLAIMER
SPA CHICKS ON THE GO ® reserves the right to refuse service to any individual that acts in an inappropriate or suggestive manner to therapists or is clearly intoxicated. Furthermore, certain medical conditions may be contradindicated to spa and massage services such as pregnancy, cancer, broken bones, sprain/strains, fractures, heart issues, recent surgeries and more.
