Marie Watkinson, LMT, PTA is a dually NYS Licensed Massage Therapist & Physical Therapist Assistant; Vibrational Sound Therapist and Media Trained Spa Expert with three decades of experience in the beauty, spa and wellness industry.

Marie began her career in 1989 as New York State Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and worked in orthopedic physical therapy setting. In 1992, she graduated from Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in New York City and became a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. She has hundreds of continuing education hours hat include Structural Integration, Vibrational Sound Healing, Myofascial Cupping, Prenatal Massage and more. She has worked in a wide variety of settings from orthopedic/sports medicine clinics and New York City luxury day spas. In 1999 she opened her first upscale medical massage practice in New York City on East 57th Street focusing on medical, sports, deep tissue and prenatal massage where she earned the title of "celebrity massage therapist" for her list of high profile clients. 

In 2003, Marie launched Spa Chicks On The Go - New York City's first mobile spa event company.

For the last 20 years Marie has worked directly with celebrities, influencers and iconic brands to create luxury on-site spa events for corporate/media entertaining and entertainment perks. Her clients include Martha Stewart Living, Late Night with Stephen Colbert, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live, Project Runway, Google, Facebook, Conde Nast, Hearst, Crate and Barrel, Coca Cola, Target, Victoria's Secret, Vogue, CNN and the NFL/Superbowl - among the many hundreds of brands she has worked with over the years.
