WHY DON'T YOU HAVE YOUR FEES LISTED?
Our services are unique and each event is hand crafted to meet the special needs of each client. We do not offer any type of "cookie cutter pricing". No two events are alike therefore you must contact us directly to provide specific information in order to obtain a quote based on your date, time, location, group size and event goals.
DO YOU ONLY OFFER SERVICES TO GROUPS?
SPA CHICKS ON THE GO ® caters to group events in the private, corporate office, retail and event setting. We offer individual services for television, film, photo shoots, press appearances and weddings on a case by case basis.
We do not offer mobile spa services in the home/residential setting or do home based spa parties.
WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?
Our official service area is Manhattan between Battery Park City up to 125th Street.
We offer limited service to Eastern Long Island - North Fork, Hamptons and Montauk. Travel Fees may apply.
Event requests beyond our service area are reviewed on a case by case basis and if accepted could be subject to time minimums and/or travel fees.
IS THERE A TIME MINIMUM?
In most cases, we have a 3 hour event time minimum for all services within NYC. Certain holidays or dates may have a higher time minimum.
There is a 4 hour time minimum for events & services on Eastern Long Island.
Film/Photo shoot services have a 4 hour minimum.
IS THERE A STATION MINIMUM?
We do not have a station minimum (inside our official service area) and you can mix and match any number of service stations to fit the needs of your group. From one station to a fleet of artists - we have you covered.
IS THERE A GUEST MINIMUM AGE?
All guests must be 18 years of age to receive services. We do not offer children's spa parties.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
Our luxury event services along with our top tier elite team of professionals book out several weeks in advance due to the high reputation of our work in the industry. We are "in demand" and not "on demand". When you give us proper notice for an event - you are ensured date/time availability, top tier staff and attention to all logistics. Booking time depends on scope of project, number of days, time and number of artists. We suggest 4-6 weeks or more for multi day/multi therapist events to 48 hours for single therapists.
WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work directly with brands, corporations, retail stores as well as with public relations agencies, ad agencies, event producers and media outlets. We are here to deliver a full range of services based on your specific needs.
SPA CHICKS ON THE GO ® reserves the right to refuse service to any individual that acts in an inappropriate or suggestive manner to therapists or is clearly intoxicated. Furthermore, certain medical conditions may be contradindicated to spa and massage services such as pregnancy, cancer, broken bones, sprain/strains, fractures, skin conditions, heart issues, recent surgeries and more.
